Anthony and his wife came to our property to feed over 120 people feasting style. He arrived a day early to get the meat smoking, and set up his catering tent and while his wife took care of the sides. He even slept by the smoker to check on it overnight !
EVERYONE at the function raved about how good the food was - in fact the best meat we had ever tasted !

Found this little gem at the Helios brewery, it was really nice to pair tasty food with cold beer! We shared a texan trio plate (2x people) but we definitely could have eaten one each because it was so delicious. The meats were full of flavours and we really enjoyed the sides too. Service was lovely. Thanks for the good food guys!
